Simple and only two ingredients, these thick chops use purchased teriyaki sauce as a glaze. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice mix.

Teriyaki Chops

Teriyaki sauce (purchased)
  1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, place chops in skillet and cook 5 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more. Pour off any drippings that accumulate.
  2. Lower heat to medium and brush chops with sauce; turn chops, brush lightly on other side with sauce and continue cooking 4 to 5 more minutes or to desired doneness.
