Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high
heat, place chops in skillet and cook 5 minutes; turn and cook
5 minutes more. Pour off any drippings that accumulate.
Lower heat to medium and brush chops with
sauce; turn chops, brush lightly on other side with sauce and
continue cooking 4 to 5 more minutes or to desired doneness.
