of summer and hot egg noodles spinkled with fresh basil or thyme.
Tomato
Pepper Chops
- 4 top loin pork chops
2/3 cup fat-free tomato and herb salad dressing
1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper sauce
- Season chops with salt
and pepper and brown in a non-stick skillet over medium-high
heat; add dressing and pepper sauce to pan; cover and simmer
for 5 minutes.
