A zesty sweet and sour pork stir-fry served with brown rice.

Zesty Pork Stir-Fry

2 1/4 cups brown rice, uncooked
1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1 envelope Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 cups snow peas, trimmed
1 (8-ounce) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  1. Bring 2 1/4 cups water to boil. Add rice; cook as directed on package.
  2. Place pork in large bowl. Add combined marmalade, horseradish sauce and dressing mix; toss to coat.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork mixture; cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is evenly browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add snow peas and water chestnuts; mix lightly. Cover; cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over hot rice.

Makes 4 servings.
