Apple-Cabbage Horsey Slaw
Sweet and tangy apple and cabbage coleslaw dressed with sour cream, lemon, sugar and pungent horseradish.
3 cups unpared red or green apples, cored and coarsely chopped
4 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
- In large bowl, lightly toss all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
