Best Jello Salad in the World!
- 1 (3.25-ounce) package lime Jello
- 1 (3.25-ounce) package lemon Jello
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (10-ounce) package cottage cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Dissolve both jellos in hot water, add remaining ingredients. stir well, chill until set. Serve over lettuce leaves
