Blueberry and Tortellini Fruit Salad

Salad:

1 (9-ounce) package three cheese tortellini pasta*
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
3/4 cup green grapes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup bottled poppy seed dressing
  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, add pasta and salad ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings.

*Three cheese tortellini pasta can be found in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.

Note: Various other fruits such as bananas, peaches, apples, and oranges may be used as desired.
