A great alternative to cole slaw, this delicious broccoli salad has raisins and white cheddar cheese dressed in a honey-dijon dressing.
1/2 cup bottled or homemade honey-Dijon salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (1/2 pound)
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup grated white cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons bermuda onion, chopped
- Mix the first three ingredients in a large bowl, and add remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
