A great alternative to
cole slaw, this easy-to-make salad has broccoli, raisins, and
white cheddar cheese in honey-dijon dressing.
Broccoli
Salad
- 1/2 cup honey-dijon salad
dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (1/2 pound)
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup grated white cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons bermuda onion, chopped
- Mix the first three ingredients
in a large bowl, and add remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
Makes 6 servings.
