Caramel Apple Salad

No recipe image available.Diced tart green apples, dry roasted peanuts and miniature marshmallows are combined with a fluffy pineapple and butterscotch dressing.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4-ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
3 cups diced tart green apples
1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix cool whip, butterscotch pudding and crushed pineapple with juice.
  2. Add apples, chopped roasted peanuts and marshmallows.
  3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings.
