Charlie's No-Mayo Tuna Salad
- Salad:
- 1 (3-ounce) pouch StarKist Flavor Fresh Pouch® Chunk Light Tuna in oil
1 small Roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
Dressing:
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup Italian dressing, non-fat
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/8 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
White pepper, to taste
- Mix tuna, vegetables and dressing together. Refrigerate and enjoy when chilled!
