Here's a coleslaw that serves as a main dish. Serve with warm crusty bread.

Chicken Coleslaw

2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 cup diced, cored apple
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 (7-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  1. Combine cabbage, chicken, apple, grapes and chiles in large bowl. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, honey and lime juice. Pour over cabbage mixture; stir well to combine. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour; top with pecans before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
