
A great tasting Asian-style
chicken and pasta salad with sweet red bell pepper, snow peas
and green onions tossed in a creamy soy ginger dressing.
Chinese
Chicken Pasta Salad
- 1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
3 cups (8 ounces) rotini pasta, cooked and drained according
to package directions
2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup snow pea pods
1/4 cup sliced green onion
- Mix salad dressing, soy
sauce and seasonings in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients;
mix lightly.
- Refrigerate several hours
or overnight before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
