A zippy cole slaw that's a perfect partner
for sandwiches, fried chicken or barbecued ribs.
Chutney
Cole Slaw
- 1 (8-ounce) jar chutney
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 cup cole slaw mix
- Whisk together chutney,
mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice in small bowl.
- Combine onion and cole
slaw mix in large bowl. Top with chutney mixture; toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
