Cool Lemon Fruit Salad
Cool and creamy lemon pudding fruit salad with peaches, pineapple, mandarin oranges and pears.
1 (3.25-ounce) package instant lemon pudding
2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 (29-ounce) can peach slices, drained
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16-ounce) can pear slices, drained
- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold in whipped cream. Gently fold in drained fruits.
Makes 12 servings.
Tip: For a tangy flavor, substitute 3 cups lemon flavored yogurt for pudding.
