sliced almonds in a cinnamon-scented honeyed cottage cheese dressing.

Apple Salad
- 4 medium-sized apples,
quartered, cored and diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup (8 ounces) cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine apples, raisins,
almonds and lemon juice in medium bowl.
- Stir together cottage
cheese, sour cream, honey and cinnamon. Toss with apple mixture.
Chill one hour.
Makes 6 servings.
