This festive-flavored cranberry
mustard vinaigrette is perfect for serving with salad greens
during the fall and winter holidays.
Cranberry
Mustard Vinaigrette
- 4 tablespoons cranberry
vinegar
Zest and juice of one orange
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
- In a medium bowl, whisk
together the cranberry vinegar, orange zest and juice and mustard.
Drizzle in the olive oil and season.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
