Horseradish adds a nice
bite to this tasty sweet and sour coleslaw.

Sweet and Sour Coleslaw
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon prepared
horseradish
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- Toss the cabbage and carrot
in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing mixture to cabbage and
mix well.
- Chill, covered, until
serving time.
Make 6 to 8 servings.
