A delightful side salad for lunch, brunch
or dinner.
Curried
Waldorf Salad
- 2 large red apples, unpeeled,
cored and chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 (8-ounce) jar chutney
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Romaine leaves (optional)
- Combine apples, grapes,
chutney, celery, nuts and mayonnaise in medium bowl; toss well
to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve over lettuce leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
