
Put together your favorite spring fruits
and top them with this zesty mint dressing.
Fresh
Fruit Salad
- 6 cups assorted chopped
or sliced fresh fruit, (berries, grapes, mango and/or kiwifruit)
2 limes, juiced
3 tablespoons Wild Berry KERNS® from LIBBY'S Refrigerated
All Nectar
2 teaspoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- Combine fruit in large
bowl. Add lime juice, nectar and mint; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
Tip: In
the winter, toss this minty citrus dressing with pears, apples
and oranges.
