Cabbage coleslaw with pineapple
chunks, mandarin oranges, banana, raisins, celery and walnuts
tossed with a tasty lemon-orange yogurt dressing.

Slaw with Yogurt Dressing
- 1 (8 1/4-ounce) can pineapple
chunks
1 (8-ounce) carton orange-flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 medium banana, sliced
- Drain pineapple, reserving
2 tablespoons syrup.
- In a small bowl combine
the reserved syrup, yogurt, and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl combine
pineapple, cabbage, oranges, celery, nuts, and raisins; fold
in yogurt mixture. Gently fold in the banana. Cover; chill.
