Garden Pasta Salad

1 pound penne pasta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 to 4 radishes, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup canola mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon prepared or dry mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons milk
- In a large saucepan, combine penne pasta in lightly salted water, bring to a boil and cook until tender but not firm. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain well. Put pasta into a large serving bowl and allow to cool.
- Add onion, radish, celery and carrots to pasta. Toss.
- In small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, mustard, granulated sugar, lemon juice and milk. Add dressing to pasta; toss well.
Makes 10 servings.
