A sweet and tangy cabbage coleslaw dotted with seedless grapes, chopped jicama and red onion and tossed with a honeyed lime dressing.

Grape Coleslaw

Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
 
Salad:
1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)
2 1/2 cups California seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups jicama, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup sweet red onion, minced
  1. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and honey in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Combine cabbage, grapes, jicama and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing to salad and toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
