
This delicious and classic composed entree
salad is a great use of leftover turkey, and is always a smashing
hit.
Hearty
Cobb Salad
- 2 cups Honeysuckle White
Whole Turkey, cooked, cubed (great for leftover turkey!)
3 tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
4 large eggs, hard-cooked, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- Bottled or homemade blue
cheese dressing for accompaniment (click here for a recipe)
- Arrange tomatoes, avocado,
blue cheese, turkey, hard-cooked eggs and olives over a bed of
shredded romaine lettuce.
- Serve with blue cheese
dressing.
