A beautiful, composed salad of holiday
colors. Cubes of winter pear, thinly sliced red apple, sliced
jelled cranberry sauce and bright green slices of kiwifruit are
decoratively arranged on a bed of red leaf lettuce and drizzled
with cranberry-sour cream dressing.
