Versatile honey-mustard dressing can be
used as a salad dressing, a sandwich spread or for dipping foods
like fried chicken strips, etc.
Honey-Mustard Dressing
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon minced parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients in blender, except
oil, processing until smooth. While blender is running, slowly
add oil until well blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
Makes 2 cups.
