Honey Mustard Slaw
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
- 2 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups peeled, shredded jicama
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small
bowl, mixing well. cover and chill thoroughly.
- Combine cabbage, lettuce, jicama and green
onions in a large bowl; toss gently. Pour dressing mixture over
cabbage mixture; toss gently. Sprinkle with chopped pecans just
before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
