A delicious, low-fat dressing that goes
well with fresh fruit or simple leaf lettuce salads.
Honey-Poppy Seed
Dressing
- 1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Combine all ingredients together and chill.
Makes 1 cup. Recipe may be doubled.
