Lemon Garlic
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic,
minced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Place the dressing ingredients
in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well
mixed.
Makes approximately 3/4
cup.
