Lemon Garlic Dressing
A great tossed salad is nothing without a delicious dressing. Homemade salad dressings are simple to make, taste better, and are much healthier than store-bought dressings.
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of salt and pepper
- Place the dressing ingredients in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
