A zesty fruit dressing.
Lemon
Ginger Cream Fruit Dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh gingerroot, grated
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Whisk together sour cream,
milk, lemon juice, zest, vinegar, gingerroot, honey, salt and
pepper; refrigerate dressing until ready to serve.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
