Mesquite Grilled Chicken and Kiwifruit Salad

1 1/2 cups cubed grilled chicken
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
Lettuce
1 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
  1. Combine chicken, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise and salt. Spoon onto two lettuce-lined salad plates. Garnish each serving with kiwifruit slices.

Makes 2 servings.
