Turn salad greens, pasta
and/or pork, poultry, beef or seafood into an Asian-style dish
with this tasty oriental dressing.
Oriental
Ginger Dressing
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
- Combine all ingredients
in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Or combine using food processor.
Chill or serve over green salad, chicken salad or pasta salad.
Makes about 1 cup.
