
This Mexican-style chicken
salad is so easy and so good it's almost outrageous!

Mexican Chicken Salad
- 6 cups shredded lettuce
1 (9-ounce) bag taco-flavored tortilla chips, crushed (about
3 cups)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped tomatoes and sliced olives, for garnish
- Combine lettuce, crushed
chips, chicken, beans and dressing in large bowl.
- Garnish with tomatoes
and olives.
Makes 4 servings.
