A creamy low-fat Parmesan
dressing with a hint of curry.
Parmesan
Curry Dressing
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon capers
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- In a blender or food processor
blend all ingredients. Chill or serve immediately over green
salad.
Makes about 1 cup.
