gelatin salad with cream cheese, crushed pineapple, diced celery
and chopped nuts.

- 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry
gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling
water and chill until cooled but not set.
- Combine cream cheese and
whipping cream together, mixing well.
- Fold in remaining ingredients
and the cooled gelatin, mixing well.
- Pour into glass serving
dish or mold. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
