
A simple and colorful coleslaw
using both red and green cabbage with assorted colors of chopped
sweet bell pepper and cubes of provlone cheese tossed with a
ready-made or your homemade Caesar dressing.
Provolone
and Sweet Pepper Slaw
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup assorted peppers (red, yellow, green or orange) coarsely
chopped
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
3/4 cup prepared Caesar dressing
- In large bowl, combine
all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend
flavors. Toss before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
