Provolone and Sweet Pepper Slaw

Provolone and Sweet Pepper SlawA colorful coleslaw using red and green cabbage and assorted colors of bell pepper with cubes of provlone cheese tossed in Caesar dressing.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup red cabbage, shredded
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup assorted peppers (red, yellow, green or orange) coarsely chopped
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
3/4 cup prepared Caesar dressing

Cooking Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Toss before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
