Provolone and Sweet Pepper Slaw
A colorful coleslaw using red and green cabbage and assorted colors of bell pepper with cubes of provlone cheese tossed in Caesar dressing.
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup assorted peppers (red, yellow, green or orange) coarsely chopped
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
3/4 cup prepared Caesar dressing
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Toss before serving.
