A deliciously festive fruit salad with pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries and seedless green grapes in a fluffly lemon pudding cream.

Quick Party Salad

2 (20-ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 (12-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup whole maraschino cherries, drained
1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
1 (3 3/4-ounce) package instant lemon-flavored pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

1. Combine fruit in 4 quart bowl; set aside.
2. Place pudding mix, cream cheese and milk in blender container. Cover and blend 1 minute. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over mixed fruit and blend. Garnish with additional cherries. Chill or serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.
