Quick Vinegar Slaw
With no mayonnaise, this low-fat coleslaw is perfect for your next picnic.
4 cups shredded cabbage (or cole slaw mix)
2 tablespoons white distilled or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
