This easy entree pasta
salad is a fast and tasty use for leftover turkey.
Ranch-Style
Turkey and Pasta Salad
- 2 cups dry rotini pasta
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 zucchini, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup spoonable ranch dressing
- Cook pasta according to
package directions.
- In a bowl combine the
pasta, chopped turkey, sliced zucchini, sliced yellow squash,
chopped green bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper, and grated
Parmesan cheese. Toss with ranch dressing. Chill until ready
to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
