Red, White and Blue Slaw
A cabbage slaw with bacon crumbles, red cherry tomatoes and blue cheese dressed in a white slaw dressing.
6 cups chopped green cabbage
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese
1 pint (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, quartered
3/4 cup prepared slaw dressing
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
