A great tossed salad is
nothing without a delicious dressing. Homemade salad dressings
are simple to make, taste better, and are much healthier than
the store-bought bottles.
Sesame
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon fresh ginger,
minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Place the dressing ingredients
in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well
mixed.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
