Spinach and Strawberry Salad

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon poppyseeds
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon white Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
8 ounces spinach
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  1. In a small covered jar, combine sugar, sesame seeds, poppyseeds, minced onion, white Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oil, and cider vinegar; shake well and refrigerate.
  2. Trim stems from spinach and arrange leaves on a serving platter with sliced strawberries. Drizzle with the chilled dressing.

Makes 6 servings.
