Summer Fruit Compote

2 cups melon balls (cantaloupe and/or honeydew, watermelon)
2 cups strawberries, halved
2 cups blueberries
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 cups sliced peaches and/or nectarines
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling white grape juice
  1. Combine the melon balls, strawberries and blueberries in a glass bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.
  2. To serve, add the sliced bananas and peaches; pour the white grape juice over top. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
