A terrific tropical turkey salad with chopped
turkey breast, grapes, celery, mandarin oranges, olives, pineapple
and almonds.
Tropical
Turkey Salad
- 2 to 3 cups Honeysuckle
White Turkey Breast, cooked and chopped
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup diced celery
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
6 black olives, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons onion, minced
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- Combine all ingredients.
Chill and serve on lettuce leaf or in a tomato 'cup'.
Makes 4 servings.
