Classic Waldorf salad with
a tasty turkey twist. A great recipe for using leftover holiday
turkey.

Waldorf Salad
- 1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup diced cooked turkey
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Combine sour cream, lemon
juice, prepared brown mustard, seasoned salt, and pepper; mix
well.
In a seperate bowl combine diced, cooked turkey, chopped apple,
chopped celery, and chopped pecans. Add the dressing and toss
gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
