
Horseradish adds zip to
this tasty red potato and green bean salad.

Light Potato Toss
- 4 cup cubed cooked red
potatoes
1 1/2 cup cut green beans, cooked and drained
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup radish slices
1/2 cup low-fat creamy Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Lettuce
- Combine potatoes, beans,
olives and radishes. Add combined remaining ingredients except
lettuce; mix lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
Makes 6 servings.
