BBQ Turkey Sandwiches

1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons water
3 cups shredded cooked turkey
1 package hamburger bun
  1. In a large saucepan, cook chopped onion in oil until tender. Stir in chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked, shredded turkey. Serve over hamburger buns.

Makes 6 servings.
