Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups

3/4 cup sour cream
6 (8-inch) spinach tortillas or flour tortillas of your choice
1 1/2 cups ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips or cubed cooked turkey
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup chunky salsa
- Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream over each tortilla. Top with chicken, cheese, lettuce, olives and salsa. Roll up each tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap or store in a covered container. Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 6 servings.
