Complimentary flavors and an all-time favorite
dressing makes these burgers a real treat!
Cumin
Burgers with Thousand Island Dressing
- Thousand Island Dressing:
- 1 (7.6-ounce) can NESTLÉ Media
Crema
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Cumin Burgers:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 3 MAGGI Cumin Flavor Seasoning Cubes,
crumbled and dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 medium hamburger buns, toasted

- Toppings:
cheese slices, fresh cilantro, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced
avocados
- For Thousand
Island Dressing: Combine
media crema, mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, jalapeños and
salt in medium bowl. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
- Cumin Burgers: Place beef in large bowl.
Add chopped cilantro, dissolved seasoning cubes, oil, chili powder
and garlic powder; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill; cook for 4 to 5 minutes
on each side for medium doneness.
- Serve hamburgers with Thousand Island
dressing and toppings.
