A delicious chicken salad that the whole
family can enjoy.
Curried Chicken
Salad
- 1 (8-ounce) jar chutney
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 large celery rib, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
Pita bread
- Combine chutney, yogurt,
mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl; mix well.
- Add chicken, celery and
green onions; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon
salad into Pita Bread (cabbage leaves can also be used.)
Makes 4 servings.
