Grilled Turkey Club
Everything you love about a turkey club—between two slices of skillet-grilled bread.
2 slices bread
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
2 slices tomato
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 tablespoon butter, softened
- Layer 1 bread slice with cheese, turkey, tomato and bacon. Top with second bread slice. Spread outside of sandwich with butter and cook in a nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Serve warm.
Makes 1 serving. (Increase recipe as needed.)
