Smoked turkey with fresh corn, bell pepper,
onion and sprouts all wrapped up in flour tortillas.

Turkey and Veggie Wraps
- 2 cups Honeysuckle White
Smoked Turkey, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup purple onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas*
- Combine first five ingredients
in a large bowl, tossing well to coat.
- Top each tortilla with
1 cup turkey mixture and 1/2 cup sprouts; roll up.
- To serve, cut each wrap
in half diagonally.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: For fun color and
flavor, try one of the new flavored variety of flour tortillas!
Red is tomato or sundried tomato, green is spinach.
